This project takes form of a Technical Assistance within the second composant of the project that consists of improving energy efficiency in public buildings in Ivory Coast.
The project’s main focus is therefore placed on reducing buildings’ energy consumption, this is done by showing saving solutions and energy management in the administrative city (CITAD) in Abidjan.
Role : dialogue between all stakeholders ; technical planning and monitoring of activities and studies ; complementary research and finance ; capacity building for institutional stakeholders to make sure they really appropriate the project ; conducting awareness and demo actions.
