- The project aims to strengthen the capacities of associations in terms of project management and the mobilisation of volunteers.
- There’s an ambition to create synergy between youth and environmental protection associations in order to get volunteers really involved especially on environmental issues
- The communities around the Oasis will also be informes on climate change. Good practices in terms of adaptation to climate change will be identified and shared with communities. Communication activities will also be put in place in order to promote the volunteers’ involvement in environmental projects.

Created in 2009 as an association, France Volontaires is the result of a shared creation between public and associative actors all committed to international cooperation/solidarity.
