Overview of the project
The energy saving and efficiency for buildings project aims to optimise energy management in infrastructures by integrating intelligent technologies, such as presence detection systems and automated equipment control (lighting, air conditioning, etc.). This project will help to reduce energy costs and the environmental footprint, while maintaining optimum comfort for occupants. It includes upgrading windows and doors, and replacing old equipment such as incandescent lamps, obsolete air conditioners and unsuitable ventilation systems with new, environmentally-friendly ones.
The aim of the "energy saving and efficiency for buildings" project is to reduce energy consumption while optimising the comfort of occupants thanks to automated and intelligent energy management solutions.
Ongoing research
January 2025 to December 2027
We have 5 large potential customers and a dozen small businesses visited.
A number of companies are keen to get started, but the sticking point remains the financing factor, as budgets are often high.
Until now, the project has been financed from the company's own funds, and financial institutions remain reluctant to finance it.
