Copenhague • To become the first carbon neutral city
In 2012, the city council adopted its climate plan, the CPH Climate Plan 2025. This plan, which aims to make Copenhagen the first carbon-neutral capital, is one of the most ambitious. It is articulated in 3 phases (2013-16, 2017-20, 2020-25) and gives rise to an evaluation at the end of each phase.
