Melbourne • En route to 100% renewables thanks to Power Purchase Agreements
In early 2019, Melbourne claimed it became the first Australian Council to cover 100% of its infrastructural power consumption (universities, lighting, corporations, cultural institutions…) with renewable energies, thanks to Power Purchase Agreements. The city continues its quest to drop emission, including from electricity purchase.
