With the creation in 2016 of the Conseil Permanent de la Transition Energétique et du Climat (COPTEC) (Permanent Council for Energy Transition and Climate), the New Aquitaine region is encouraging and structuring tools and initiatives that unite players from various sectors around common objectives for the reduction of GHG emissions.
