What is the Pitch Corner?
The Pitch Corner is a unique space at the heart of the event, enabling project leaders to present their best practices in climate action and biodiversity.
Throughout the event that will take place in October 23rd to 24th, project leaders will have the opportunity to pitch their solutions in 10 minutes. The Pitch Corner brings together and showcases the initiatives of a diverse panel of climate action actors from all over Africa.
With the Pitch Corner, project leaders benefit from visibility during the event. The Pitch Corner provides a space for feedback and exerience sharing by actors in the field, and offers numerous opportunities for meetings and exchanges with the « climate community » gathered at this high mobilization momentum of non-state actors committed to climate action.
At the end of the event, the visibility offered continues with the addition of projects to the Cartography of Action and their publication in the Journal of best practices for climate in Africa 2023 (find out more about the Journal 2022 here).
