14th “Rencontres de l’action internationale des collectivités territoriales”
Each year, this event brings together French and foreign local authorities – small, medium-sized and large towns, departments, regions, metropolises and other intercommunal bodies – to take stock of the challenges facing the international action of local authorities, to envisage new prospects for exchanges, and to create links and opportunities for cooperation.
The general theme of the 14th RAICT is « What contribution can local and regional authorities make to solving the world’s major challenges?

Chaired by Léonore Moncond’huy, Mayor of Poitiers and President of Cités Unies France’s cross-cutting Climate Mission, this round-table addresses the question « What are the challenges and responses of decentralized cooperation to climate change in the most vulnerable countries? ».
