Climate Chance takes part in this day dedicated to International Action of Local Governments at the Académie du Climat (Paris) focusing on the challenges, tools and financing available to French local authorities.
The French Development Agency and Cités Unies France (CUF) organise a day to exchange on decentralised cooperation
The day dedicated to International Climate Action of Local Governments will take place at the Académie du Climat (Paris) and will enable participants to gain a better understanding of the issues, tools and financing available to French local authorities.
During the day, you’ll be able to exchange ideas with specialists from the AFD and different local authorities.
The objectives of the session are the following:
- Review the place of local authorities within the ecosystem of decision-makers committed to the transition
- Underline the importance of providing a framework and tools for decentralized cooperation partnerships on climate and biodiversity issues.
- Provide information on financing
