Launch of the Global Synthesis Report on Climate Action 2023
Paris, France
The Climate Chance Observatory is launching the 6th edition of its flagship publication: the Global Climate Synthesis Report on Climate Action. The event, which will be held at the Académie du Climat, will focus on the theme "Time for Accountability: On the eve of the first Global Stocktake of the Paris Agreement, are non-state actors implementing their commitments?"
A look back at the event in a few images
For the past five years, the Climate Chance Observatory has published the Global Synthesis Report on Climate Action, which is presented each year at the time of the COP. It provides a unique global overview of the actions actually taken by the various non-state actors in the main emissions sectors: energy, transport, buildings, industry, waste and land use. This sixth edition, on the occasion of the Global Stocktake of collective progress under the Paris Agreement, examines the strategies of businesses, local governments and civil society to drive climate action since 2015.
