Summary

Financing Roadmaps are provided for ten specified types of Climate Projects: Wastewater Treatment & Reuse, Integrated Waste Management, Waste-to-Energy, Solar Projects (including Rooftop PV and Heaters), Solar Mini-Grids, Public Street Lighting Efficiencies and Expansion, Building Efficiency, Flood Risk Management, Planting Trees & Forestation, and Improved & Clean Cooking Stoves.

Within 10 chapters, this report summarises the overall benefits and challenges of Climate Projects and highlighting the possible proactive roles that Local Governments can undertake at each stage of the project lifecycle to advance Climate Projects for their constituencies.
