This brochure, targeted at local authorities, presents an overview of renewables across Covenant of Mayors signatories cities.
The RNP project aims at supporting local and regional authorities to achieve a high rate of renewable deployment. More specifically, it will be done by examining the barriers and bottlenecks to RES development at the local and regional levels in the EU Member States (with a focus on Czech Republic, France, Poland, Slovakia, Spain and the Netherlands).
