In response to the need for coherence in the finance sector in relation to climate and environmental issues, the Global Synthesis Report on Climate Finance 2022 provides a global overview and an essential analysis of all financial transactions that enable the implementation of initiatives that have a positive impact on mitigation (reduction of GHG emissions) or adaptation to climate change.
Produced in partnership with Finance for Tomorrow, like the previous three editions, this new report provides a detailed overview and follow-up of the climate action taken by banks, insurers, and investors. It also presents the evolution of the market and the availability of green financial products.
Climate Chance will publish this 4th edition of the Global Synthesis Report on Climate Finance on October 25, starting on the Paris for Tomorrow Week organized by Finance for Tomorrow around Climate Finance Day, from October 24 to 28. This international event brings together the financial community, local and public authorities, and civil society to highlight issues and solutions related to financing and achieving climate goals and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
