Adapting our societies to climate migrations

Description

Extreme disasters, which sometimes force populations to leave, as well as longer-term phenomena (such as droughts and ecosystem degradation), are driving population displacement.

How can we anticipate and manage these forced displacements while ensuring fair and supportive responses? What role can Europe-Africa cooperation play in adapting vulnerable territories and supporting affected populations?
