MobiliseYourCity’s African Community of Practice will meet in Dakar to provide a space for African local authorities and development institutions to come together to boost sustainable urban mobility on the continent.
There will be three main objectives of this meeting:
- Enhance access to MobiliseYourCity methodologies and conduct capacity development sessions on sustainable urban mobility planning in Africa.
- Share experiences and lessons learned on the progress of projects on sustainable urban mobility and strengthen the MobiliseYourCity African Community of Practice.
- Mobilize MobiliseYourCityAfrican cities around COP27 and gather key messages to be positioned on the international climate agenda.
